As of 10/1 at 9:00 AM ET, Bill Pay is now available. Bill Pay can be accessed through Internet Banking or Mobile Banking by selecting the Bill Pay tab.
As of 9/30 at 8:00 AM ET, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking is available. To log into online services for the first time, you will need your Berkshire Bank username and will be prompted to change your password. Please continue to check this page for Bill Pay availability updates.
As of 9/28 at 2:00 PM ET, we are pleased to share that ATMs at the eight converted Berkshire Bank branches are available for your use. Additionally, you may also use HVCU’s surcharge-free ATM networks.
